Tutto. La posizione dell'hotel nel centro di Andalo, la cortesia e l'attenzione di tutto lo staff. Le nostre esigenze sono state esaudite con prontezza e nei minimi dettagli. Ottimo ok servizio nido con Sonia che è stata gentilissima e che ci ha tenuti sempre al corrente della situazione. Bellissima la zona mini club con tutto lo staff. Ottime le escursioni che organizzano giornalmente, apprezzatissima la merenda pomeridiana con dolce e salato di qualità. La ristorazione buonissima con personale attento e qualificato. Rituali nella spa compresi nel prezzo e tisane a disposizione. Servizi eccellenti. Consiglio a chi ha famiglia di provare questa vacanza per trovare un minimo di riposo.

«Non si puo che lasciare l'hotel con un bellissimo ricordo.»
Abbiamo preso la suite con idromassaggio e sauna in camera, molto spaziosa, comprendeva anche una mini cabina armadio. Parcheggio privato con tanto di biciclette/mountain bike di tutte le misure fornite dall'hotel. La colazione e' super e con un'ampia scelta, difficile da trovare simile per un 4 stelle, yogurt, marmellate, succhi ai frutti di bosco fatte in casa, pancake e crepes per bambini, merenda pomeridiana non da meno, inclusa nella mezza pensione. La SKY SPA e' molto curata e pulita, con una vista diretta sulle dolomiti sia dalla sauna che dall'idromassagio, e che dire della piscina riscaldata al primo piano per meta interna e per meta' esterna. Il bar e' molto fornito di grappe locali e liquori ed il grande Gigi vi deliziera' con tutta la sua esperienza da barman nei classici cocktail. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a tutto, molte attivita per intrattenere i bambini, sono forniti passeggini ed ombrelli all'ingresso, nulla e' lasciato al caso. Tutto perfetto.
Forse da rivedere la cena. Diciamo nella sufficienza nulla di eccezionale. Menu bambini di grande aiuto in ogni caso.
